Always look on the bright side of life~

I feel the stress now. It's intense and is driving me nuts soon! At least 1 or more tests every week and it consists of many chaps, not forgetting Mastering Communication's presentation, a mock one and the actual one. Followed by exams :( Uni is really tough, got to study so many modules with heavy contents within 14 wks! So much diff compared to poly which is 16 or 17 wks with a much lesser content.
Self-discipline is a must. Apparently, I thought I was ald quite self-disciplined, but then when I see my friends in Uni, I realised I was the slackest one among them, they seriously 100 times more hardworking than me. hahah. Physics test on thu which I hate the most. Then mock English presentation after test, nervous as it has been a long time since I last presented and my lecturer is an Eurasian so yea his english is damn gd. Stress!


THU: As usual, Thu is my long day in sch. 9.30 to 5.20pm. Maths & Physics lectures will always be the most boring ones. Then had our last Mastering Commuication lecture at Lee Kong Chian's LT as the rest will be e-lecture. Also had Mastering C's tutorial, it's 1 of the most fun tut in NTU I guess cos we learnt many stuffs during Mastering C's tutorials. We learn slangs from various countries and it's quite fun. Eg. A woman in Australia's Slang is known as Sheila, Barbeque means Barbie. Shall go read more abt it during my holidays :)

FRI: Modern chem lec and Physics tut in the morning. Had subway meltz, with lettuce and mayo this time. heheh cos usually I don't put any vege at all but that was yummy! Then went to Business lib with Wee Luan to work on Mastering C's presentation. Last lesson was biochem and smth funny happened. There was an electrical trip which led to early dismissal like 45 mins earlier loh! Must be Joyce & Fiza, they probably cut some wires so that I can be dismissed early to join them at Suntec right?! LOL So yep, I went to find them and we had Fish & Co for dinner. Everything was nice except the pizza and chatted abt alot of stuffs from A-Z, A for Angmo but Z for hmmm I don know.
Nice to meet up with friends and talked abt the past yea :) Still RRRYB somemore ah! HAHAH then we walked to Shaw Tower for Tom Palette again. Fattening! On our way there, there were jokes abt BIRDS, yayaya didn't get it till Fiza told me. Went to our usual place to eat and camwhored. Did the mad girls in action hairstyle, Oh boy skali there's videocam there ah?!
Anyway, Happy Belated Birthday Fiza! Hope U like the gift that Joyce and I got it for U :)

SAT: Happy Birthday Daddy! My parents went for a half day tour organised by the committee here. So worth the price cos they went to 2 museums, Singapore Flyer and Marina Barrage. While we the lightbulbs went to PS to get him ice cream cake :) Had our dinner at Jumbo Seafood at Waterfront. Food was great, arghh don't know how much calories added =.= The waitress was damn funny, I was busy eating when my parents decided to order desserts and I didn't know the waitress was waiting for me to finish eating so that she can pass me the menu despite passing 1 to my dad. So my mum being jealous as she didn't get the menu said ahhh, U settle the bill since she passed the menu to U. All I can say is maybe I gt the friendly look la. WAHAHA, don't puke okie.

The table behind me had DSLR with them and my dad was saying there's a diff in style when U take pics with DSLR and Digi cam. And so, we took this chance to ask if we can get a DSLR and YAY, he said okie go ahead and get it! HAHAH happiest moment as he added 1 more sentence behind regarding the price :) Due to dinner, couldn't make it for Kelvin's surprise 21st Barbie *australian slang for BBQ* but I guess they surely enjoyed themselves :)

SUN: Mugging. Bad feeling lingering. So many equations to remember from 10 chps within such a short period. Googled and found some interesting stuffs, suddenly has the urge to read so I think I will get my friends from NUS during holidays to help me see if there's e version of the book cos I don't think NTU or NLB have copies of it. Watched the charity show, well the last story abt the Uni grad whom got into an accident made me or all of us cry. She's so strong & optimistic, smth that we all shld learn from her. Then got my hopes dashed when I realised NTU sem 1 2010/11 will ends only on 27 dec instead of 1 dec due to YOG. Shit la, can't go holiday ald! HOW? :( Oh ya, Take Care & enjoy the cambodia mission trip/internship Jayne! Cya 3 wks later and do SP/CLS proud :)

Geoduck Sashimi. Either U cooked it in the soup which tastes like XO soup or U eat it raw by dipping into Wasabi!
