HAPPY LABOUR DAY! Actually holidays don make any diff to us anymore.

Our 1st official gathering since chalet which was like 2 mths back. 12 turned up while few pang seh last min. Kind of expected it cos we always have absentees at the last min one. HAHA
Hope U guys like the cheesecake n Orange Chiffon that my mum made. :) Some of the guys were saying that my hse gt alot of things to eat, surely grow fat if they stay here for a few wks. Hmm very true thats why I wanna exercise :(

Then we walked to Serangoon Broadway to rent our graduation gown. It's damn ex compared to NP but no choice, wanna graduate so must rent loh. We took less than 15 mins to settle everything. Took a super long time to discuss where to have dinner at. In the end, decided to have KFC at Potong Pasir. Sry Marc, we shall a a dinner gathering at Town side soon.
Haha as usual, I was the 1st to eat, last to finish. Like wat Roy says I m a tortoise can fight with someone from our class. "winks" u shld know who m i talking abt yea. Haha

After dinner, walked to my house n there we had i Gallop session plus Murderer game. Confusing game n Joshua likes to aim me just don know why?! Yi Pei, Roy n Fu Loong r the noise generators esp YP, got sound effect somemore..Played till 8.30pm b4 I send them to the MRT station. Was a wonderful gathering, hope to see U guys soon! :)

I believe ur grandma wans to see the happy side of U guys :) I still remember how her grandma used to fetch me n Jayne from Art lessons underneath her block to her house waiting for my uncle to come pick us. Arghh, that was a long way back, maybe 14 yrs ago..

Driving was fun today but maybe for the time being only cos don't really need to do any difficult stuffs. Just familiarise with the clutch n gears n yep I just keep turning round n round the deserted carpark located somewhere in Bukit Batok. My instructor Mr Mohamad was quite funny too n Fiza, he remembers U n Khai cos he says Khai always fetch U after driving is it? Then my reply was yea loh, he very sweet to her. Then he shoot me, he said Hmm then ur BF nv come fetch U later ah? My ans was Study First la, then he said true true, uni gt alot more guys. Alamak! =.= Anyway Thank God that it didn rain although it looked like it was going to rain at 11+.

Went out with my grandfather just now. Gosh, he's 85 this yr n Thank God that he's still fine at this age. In fact, he knew that he was suffering from mild senile, kept saying that he can't remember certain things. N he mistook me for my sis can..He asked me, hmm so now U Sec3? My heart sank immediately, I thought jialat he cannot reco me ald. But then he claimed that he can't see properly in the car. 1 funny joke which was actually a qns by him to my dad that made all of us laughed like siao. He speaked in Hokkien so I translate.

So got it? Apparently, he got the 2 KOKs mixed up. Sometimes conversations with the old folks can be quite entertaining. They r just like Big Kids although my Grandfather can be really stubborn at times. Luckly, he's very independent, stayed alone cos my grandmother prefers to stay at my Uncle's hse. Don't know what she's thinking also, she shld be accompanying my grandfather what, anyway that's what Husbands n wifes r for right? Stay with each other until the last day of their lives.

Tomorrow, I will be the kind of driver that every driver hates. HAHA
First official driving lesson for me, excited n nervous at the same time. Guess everyone will feel that way at first yea? Pls say YES! :) TY. I hope that there will be no rain, cos I won be able to concentrate when there's lightnings n thunders. I guess my music n book will be able to accompany me through the 1.5h journey to Bukit Gombak tmr :)

Speaking abt my book, well I m so happy that I m halfway through it, abt 150pages. I gt this sense of achievement cos I took only like 2h to complete it, it might be slow to some though, IDK! HAHA. Then msn-ed and facebook throughout the day. Bejeweled Blitz is damn addictive, keeps U playing for hours n finally I hit the 100K medal :) I realised I love listening to James Morrison's songs. NICE! My NANO is flooded with songs now! The song that Noob just send me is damn funny esp the title. But hey, it's not bad n it's catchy somehow.

Had been drinking this 2 days, of course nt like "Jiu Gui" like what Noob says la. I enjoyed every single sip one k, HAHA. Tried the Long Island Tea I just bought, I don really like the bitter taste. It's alcohol content is much lower than Baileys but my face was damn red after drinking it.

Then watched the Dad's @ Home on Ch8 just now. Pu Tien Restaurant's boss damn humble can, so rich but then no airs at all. The food there is damn nice, provided U love Fujian food. Okie, think all our guys shld have recieved the letter now. U guys will be serving our nation very soon, some in June/July/Sep/Oct! BOTAK BOTAK BOTAK HEADS :) Nope, I swear I wasn mocking U guys cos personally I think it's a very cool thing! Boys go in become Machos u see :) Actually gals also need to serve the nation but only at a later date, so don say is unfair. The real truth is that we gals or some guys who went thru NS will begin their real life now: School or Work. LOL, I know I very KPO cos I even found a friend for my the other friend, same date, same school. HAHA, sounds like match making agency right??

Must Thank that cockroach cos I was kind of forced to clear my notes to see if it's hiding in 1 of mountains n yep I found it n we killed it! HOORAY!!! cos I couldn sleep that night n almost died of lack of oxygen cos I covered my blanket up to half of my face. =.=

Currently finding the lost passion I have in books. I love to read when I was young, bought many sweet valleys and Enid Blyton. As I got older, I realised that I don't read a single book except for textbooks/notes, Reader's Digest and Newspapers. The NUS prof kind of woken me up when she asked me: Do U read?, What was ur last book?. Okie I told a lie, I said my last book was The Singapore Story. Yep I did read but only for a few chaps =X Twilight was also the same case. HAHA. So, I m starting "My best friend's girl" very soon as it looks quite interesting :) Thanks Sis for loaning it to me. :) Marshmallows for breakfast will be next!

Eileen Shouts: She is happy as she got a place in Chemistry and Biological Chemistry in NTU! But I have yet to accept it cos I m still curious will NUS send me smth?

Actually, this is quite backdated cos I recieved my letter ytd n thought my mum was fooling ard with me. The feeling is really great cos I thought I didn stand a chance n yea I cried a little only when I saw the letter. Silly right? My wish has came true, smth which I hope for since young. I can tell that my family members were super happy esp my dad. He even called from Vietnam straight after we smsed him. This was the moment that I really feel that all my hardwork these 3 yrs is finally paid off. I hope I did U guys proud! Wanna Thank God also, cos I know that he's helping me alot throughout my whole life! My grandad whom is somewhere up there too :)
Also wanna Thank all my friends who congratulated me!!! I also wanna Congratulate my friends(cos nt sure if they wan their names to be flash here) whom gt their offer letters ald! Lastly, best of luck to those whom r still waiting n I m sure that U guys will get it 1 day :)

So I tagged along with mum to office today n we went Bugis for shopping. She treated me Sakae Teppanyakki. Nice food n service, shld go try :) Of course I did some shopping for myself n yea pop by at Khai's workplace to say Hi too. Then off to airport in the evening to fetch dad. The 1st qns he asked after getting into the car was abt Uni. Okie since everyone at hm Smiles Aplenty now, so shall treat them smth soon :) And yep, next wed 2.30-pm will be my 1st official driving lesson! Whoo, excited n nervous too!!!
And something is freaking me out! SCREAMS~~ There's a cockroach in my rm n is playing hide n seek with me now..How to sleep tonight, tell me!!! And my nail polish destroyed while flipping all over to find it! Curse n swear now man!!! RAHHHH

TRIBUTE TO MY COURSE

I wanna clarify somethings here, it's really not easy studying Chemical Engineering given that it's the 2nd toughest in the world. I know some ppl might be thinking that I m bull-shitting cos it's my course. Nope I swear I didn. Some might link it to the "other" engineering courses n feels that it's easy to do well, but it's not the case again.. Can't change the mindset of ppl right, well it's okie cos most importantly we ownselves, know it will do :) So, well done SP DCHE 06/09!!! Some might have fallen behind but nevertheless it's a challenge to be in this course n at the end of the day we still will be getting the same diploma. But haha wanna add 1 more thing, is not easy to study in poly regardless of the courses. All the grandmothers' stories we heard in sec sch r rubbish, wat poly easy la this n that...

Yesterday was a very lucky day for us. We went Tangs to get 2 pairs of levis jeans n got a lucky spin n guess wat, my mum gt a $200 Tangs Voucher. That means the jeans r free! Wheeee!!! All the blisters I gt on my feets r worth it man. Okie perhaps it's karma for wearing my sis's shoes without her permission :( Was so pain until I couldn't walk to Taka to disturb Joyce..Started eating the chocolates given to me by Joyce during Christmas. Okie I know is like finally cos I haven been touching chocolates due to my pimples. It's yummy cos there's alcohol inside XD

My router was pronounced dead today. So, me being "smart"(winks) unplugged all wires n fixed it direct to my laptop for the time being until my mum went to get a new router in the evening. It's sickening, my routers die damn fast, this is my 4th one ald since I started using Wireless 3 yrs+ back. Linksys, D-Link, D-Link and back to Linksys again..So, I managed to assemble, configure my network myself (was given a nick as NOOBER)! So proud of myself :), cos usually is the guys that do that wat.. So I spend my whole day digging my old pics n scanning it. Wow, I have tonnes of pics man and also managed to download some movies..

Found Gilselle and Marcel on Facebook 2 days ago. Wow, it has been 10 yrs since we last contacted. BTW, they r my old hse neighbours/playmates. Everyone changed alot and Marcel don reco me ald! Well as wat Gigi says maybe cos Marcel seldom play with us. Being a kid is so fun, no worries, just keep playing.

School's starting for poly students tmr!

But HAHA, we don have to go cos we have graduated!!! WHOO!!!

Time passes just so fast, we were still freshies 3 yrs back.

We were all so studious n YOUNG in yr 1! Probably doing tutorials for the 1st few wks but as time goes by, we threw all tutorials aside n copy answers instead. HAHA bad examples, don learn k =P

Then I remembered that I was whining away on the eve b4 the Start of yr 2 cos I know that's doom yr. HAHA but luckly it was a very fun year even though the modules were stressful. We had industrial visits, chalet, my bdae party, steamboat, Christmas gathering n CPTC to balance the hectic life.

Another 365 days of spending together passed..This was the only holiday that I wished could be extended NOT becos that I m dragging to go sch..It's becos I know that it will be the last 365 days spending as a class and that will marked the end of SP life. But no choice cos no way we can stop the time but we can make it as colourful as possible! Yes n we did it. All of us changed in one way or the other throughout these 3 yrs. And yep, we r going to have a meet up this coming 30th!

Weather is crazy today, so HOT that my head aches now...

So basically I have been having movie marathon this 3 days. Finished High School Musical 1,2 and 3! Okie, go watch the HSM3, it's nice n is talking abt how they feel when they r abt to graduate.

I was quite down on Friday due to some problems. But Thanks Friend for so call cheering me up with ur lame joke. Opps.

Then at abt 11+pm, we had pratas at Adam's Corner off Bendemeer Road. Wah, so many cats loh and I m scared till I need to put my legs up when eating. Haizz, Banana leaf side gt rats then here gt cats..Also, I have phobia for cats now becos of my sis! Moreover there's a big river at Bendemeer side, so dad says who knows she might just push me down right?

HAHA. Then off to Orchard area for joyride. Orchard is so dead at 12.30am loh! Where's the nightlife ppl?!? Hmm perhaps all over at Clarke Quay or Zouk side. Haha clubbing, smth I wish to try at least once, so class 23, can someone like Jonathan(the expert) organised smth to clubs? The Lollipop event @ Zouk by SP is here again. Sian, it was a joke man. I went last yr almost fainted when I saw the queue, didn dare to cut queue like my friends n so I gt to say goodbye to them n head home. LOL, 1 of them even called me n told me can go in ald but arghh I gt STM n forgot is who ald..

Okie, a brand new wk ahead. Plans include a badminton game @ SP (who wans?), hopefully driving lesson n shopping with mum tmr. And Mr Yap, when is ur gathering??

Haha, all last min work and Thank God I can pass. Definitely going to put in much more effort for FTT :) Then we waited hell long probably abt 3h b4 it's our turn to get our PDL. As usual, Joyce kept disturbing me to see my "angry" reaction but no effect la gal. Then had some serious talk too. Like wat I told her, the feelings kind of faded away when I realised smth and was kind of disppointed in some issues. Well and she said haha finally U r now awake! But I just realised that I may not be fully awake yet, it comes n goes just like waves u know..I hate PMS, make me so emotional. Arghh!!!

And there "showing off" my PDL n that means that I can start my practical now! Nervous plus excited but hehe watever it is I DROVE MARC'S SUBARU WRX b4, a very short dist though but I m contented. Then met alot of ppl on my way to BBDC, hmm okie 2 only. Met Abhishek at the "junction" btw Purple n Red line in Dohby Ghaut. It's not hard to see him from the pool of ppl cos he's extremely Tall, HAHA. Then met Yvonne at BBDC. Watched her drive in the circuit and she went to tell her instructor I m waving to him when I m actually waving to U loh.. And we saw her doing the daring turn which went out of the lane n she said cos she's looking at me in the bus thats why. Hehe, not my fault ah cos I didn wave this time :)

The 5 of us had Fish N Co as dinner at Jurong Point. OMG, I m really a slow eater. 1st to eat, last to finish :( Had a long chat after 2 mths since chalet. I conclude Girls' Outing is FUN! Is a pity that Ying Huan didn join cos is really a last min outing. But don worry, Class outing will be soon! We camwhored and I really missed Jonathan and Eugene. Reason is becos they will always help me adjust while I just need to pose there, no need to run for so many times. Is tiring okie! LOL.
